  • Mrs. Gates’ classes should report to study hall today. You will have an assignment to work on! 

  • Any current 8th-11th grade students who are interested in trying out for the 2025-2026 football and competition cheerleading team should sign up at the office by Friday, May 2nd. There will be an informational meeting in Miss Shipp's room during tribe time on Tuesday, May 6th for those interested in trying out. Try-outs will take place on Friday, May 16th. If you plan to do cross country or volleyball in the fall, you can also do cheerleading, we are very flexible with our scheduling! By signing up you are not yet committed to trying out, but you are acknowledging that you would like more information about cheer.

  • There is a sign-up sheet at the office for Miss Clarksville.  Sign up by Friday, May 2nd if you are interested.   Girls, grades 10-12, should watch their email for more information. 

 

Information for Seniors:

  • Reminder - YOU must check in and out every day when you leave / return from Senior Release through SmartPass. 

  • Seniors : graduation flowers are $5 each.  The list of the number of flowers ordered is posted.  Money is due by April 30th. 

  • Silver cord hours need to be completed and turned in to Mr. Goeller by Friday, May 2nd.

Admission Prices: $6.00 / Student $7.00 / Adults

Activity Tickets: $70.00 / Student $85.00 / Senior Citizens $95.00 / Adults

Tickets for the Gate: 1.) purchase on Bound 2.) purchase with a credit/debit card at gate 3.) show your Activity Ticket 

  NO money will be accepted at the gates during the school year.  Everything will be done online. Questions - see Mr. Rupe. 

 

*We will be live streaming our home varsity basketball games this year. This means that those who are unable to make it to the game can watch for free on our Clarksville Hudl page. Miscellaneous Information:

  • Mrs. Fenneman will be in charge of Technology this year.  She will be available 3:00-3:20 p.m. or you may email her with any questions and/or concerns.

  • Reminder Students - when entering the parking lot doors, please make sure your hoods / hats are off and down so that the office staff can see who they are letting in the building. 

  • Reminder – doors do not unlock and breakfast does not begin until 7:45 a.m. Students should not be arriving before that time. Students should not be in the building before 7:45 a.m.  If you are here for weight lifting, you need to stay in the gym area until breakfast is served at 7:45 a.m. 

  • When doors are unlocked for substitutes - students should not be in the classroom unsupervised.  

  • Students should not be in classrooms without a staff member unless you are given permission from that teacher. 

  • Reminder – on Wednesday early outs, all students are to leave the building.  No one is allowed to stay in the gym unsupervised or in any other part of the building.  Students will not be allowed back in the building for practices until 3:20 p.m.  

  • Students on the ineligibility list should pick up the form at the office once grades are brought up to become eligible again. These need to be signed off by your teacher and turned into the office.
