Silver Cord Form
The purpose of the Silver Cord program is to promote and recognize volunteerism. Students who complete the requirements are allowed to wear a silver cord at graduation in honor of their service. In order to obtain the cord students must complete 30 hours of community service per year they attend Clarksville High School. There are some limitations set out on how hours are counted. For example, hours cannot count if the student receives compensation. Click here to download the form.
