8/31/23 announcements

Announcements: August 31,  2023 Cycle Day:  odd Day #: 7 Student Success Center Link 

The following forms still need to be completed and turned in to the office ASAP: 

• Study Table Policy & Expectations *Extra forms are on the table outside the office. 

• Cell Phone Policy

• Mrs. Fenneman will be in charge of Technology this year.  She will be available 2nd period or you may email her with any questions and/or concerns.

• Booster Club Football orders are in and may be picked up from the office. 

• There will be a meeting for all students who are interested in the DC trip and/or have already signed up for the trip. The meeting will be TODAY during Tribe Time in Mrs. Foster's classroom.

• There are sign-up sheets at the office for the JH and HS Drill team.  

• There will be a drill team meeting on Tuesday, September 5th during Tribe Time in the HS Library. JH girls should grab their trays first. 

• Juniors - the PSAT tests will be given on Wednesday, October 11th.  The sign-up sheet is posted at the office.

• 8/31/23 - Cross Country @ Charles City canceled 

Information for Seniors:

• Reminder - YOU must check in and out every day when you leave / return from Senior Release. 

• October 17th - Herff Jones will be here to measure caps & gowns at the beginning of Tribe Time.  You will need to get measurements done before going to any meetings or checking out. 

Miscellaneous Information:

• Reminder – doors do not unlock and breakfast does not begin until 7:45 a.m. Students should not be arriving before that time. 

• Reminder – on Wednesday early outs, all students are to leave the building.  No one is allowed to stay in the gym unsupervised or in any other part of the building.  Students will not be allowed back in the building for practices until 3:20 p.m.  

• Students on the ineligibility list should pick up the form (on table outside the office) once grades are brought up to become eligible again. These need to be signed off by your teacher and turned into the office.

• JH/HS students will be allowed to purchase "wearing a hat for a day" with two C-notes. C-notes need to be given to the office prior to school starting (by 8:07) and hats must be appropriate and APPROVED for wear.
